Once you create an account and input your information, you can use saved info from previous evictions in the future, saving you time and preventing you from entering all your info again. The current fee for filing an eviction with us in the State of Florida is $545.00 (for one tenant, plus $50.00 each additional tenant). By submitting information on the following pages,you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for the FULL fee payable to Evictions Plus, Inc. if we start preparation of your documents and you cancel the eviction. Evictions Plus, Inc. does not provide any refunds after preparation has begun.

If you prefer to file your eviction the traditional way, please download the information form and follow these steps:

• Complete ALL sections of the Information Form
• Make certain you have fulfilled all 3 Day Notice Requirements
• Fax Completed Information Form, The Entire Lease and 3 Day Eviction notice to our office at (813) 839-3347
• You may also email the Information Form, Lease and 3 Day Eviction Notice to EvictionsPlus@hotmail.com

By faxing this document to Evictions Plus, Inc., you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for the FULL fee payable to Evictions Plus, Inc. if we start preparation of your documents and you cancel the eviction. A representative will confirm the receipt of your document and schedule a time for your payment and signing.
