Simply create your account, fill in one information sheet and our automated computer system will guide you through the rest of the process.
After you complete step #1, you will be able to schedule an appointment with our automated sysem to come in to our office and sign the original documents. These documents MUST be original signed documents for the courts to accept them. This is why an appointment is necessary. After you come to our office and sign your documents, Evictions Plus will handle all the necessary processing, including filing and serving the eviction on your tenant. Evictions Plus will follow up and file all of your documents in a timely manner as required by law. We have specialists trained to serve your tenants and work directly with the courts to ensure all documents and procedures are performed correctly. By logging into our website with your username and password, you can follow the eviction process from start to finish.
Evictions Plus will handle your case from the beginning through your being granted possession. We are also available to meet the Sheriff's Department in certain service areas to assist with tenant property removal if the tenant does not vacate and remove their belongings. Certain cases take longer, however our average eviction process takes 14 - 24 days to complete depending on which county the rental property is located.
